How to Make a Space Request

Spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis with priority given to Native American House events and programs. For tentative availability, contact us at email@example.com and include “space request” in the subject line. Requests for use outside of normal business hours are subject to director approval. We will confirm your reservation by email.
Spaces and Equipment
The Native American House’s facilities are available free of charge.
1st Floor Conference Room and kitchenette: Large Conference table seats 12–14. A wall mounted TV is available, and linked to the Mondopad upstairs. You may request theater seating or classroom, according to your needs.
2nd Floor Lounge: Comfortable seating for roughly 10–15 people. The space is equipped with a 65-inch Mondopad touchscreen PC display to facilitate webinars, presentations, conferencing and meetings. If you intend to use the Mondopad, we encourage you to contact staff prior to your event to familiarize yourself with the equipment and read through the instructions on the University Library website: Using the Mondopad PC. Maximum capacity is 25.
Also available: DVD player & laptop. Please note that the kitchen does not have an oven or stove.

A Note on Accessibility
The Native American House does not have elevator access to the 2nd floor. The Mondopad links to the TV on the first floor to facilitate sharing content for individuals unable to access the Conference Room.
