Student Leadership and Volunteer Opportunities
La Casa offers opportunities for students and student organizations to acquire leadership and mentoring skills while benefiting the community and campus.
- Mentoring through the Pen Pal Program with local elementary school students
- Volunteering with the Latino Youth Conference
- Volunteering with other community service projects
- Student recruitment through high school campus visits and student panels
- Participating in campus-wide task force and service communities
Event Planning Committees
Students who are interested in taking a more direct role in planning some of La Casa’s larger events can join the Event Planning Committees for the following events:
