Space Request

Students, faculty, staff, and community groups may reserve rooms for events during the week or on the weekend. La Casa opens at 9:00am and closes at 8:30pm Monday through Thursday, 9:00am to 5pm on Friday. 

La Casa is not ADA compliant; there is an access ramp at the end of the driveway but we do not have an elevator or stair lift. Due to the narrow hallways there may be access issues for wheelchair users turning into room 107.


The following rooms may be reserved:

  • Living Room—Room 104
  • Dining Room—Room 116
  • Kitchen—MUST be cleaned after use. Failure to clean will result in a cleaning fee and the possible loss of future reservation access.
  • Conference Room—Room 107
  • Ronnie Kann Memorial Reading Room—Room 211

Please keep in mind that La Casa Cultural Latina is an office as well as a cultural center; our professional and student staff work in the building every day and we expect to come in to a clean space.
If you are using the kitchen you must make sure it is clean after use; this includes taking the kitchen garbage out to the dumpster behind La Casa, cleaning the floors & counters, washing and putting away all dishes and cookware, and taking all your food with you once you leave.
